Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake was first announced in 2020 and will be released in early 2021, but everyone believed that the trailer looked less like a remake and more like a slight remaster, with graphics that seemed barely an upgrade over the original PS2. Prince of Persia may have more reason for letting us know it exists than games from other publishers, to be fair. There are no new screenshots, no new trailers, no new details - there is no reason to tweet anything else than to remind us that the game still exists. And that’s all we can share at this time. According to a recent tweet from Ubisoft, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is still in development.
